Advanced Systems Integration

Technology should never be an afterthought bolted onto the framing. We design and install the estate's entire technological nervous system in-house — during the build, not after it.

ME-300 / Scope of WorkPhase 03 — Designed In, Not Bolted On

The nervous system, designed in — never bolted on.

In a modern estate, technology decisions belong in the drawing set, not the change-order log. Our integration team designs the home's technological nervous system alongside the architecture, so conduit, chases, equipment rooms, and service access are planned into the structure itself.

Solar arrays, geothermal, enterprise-grade networking, distributed A/V, security, and unified smart control are installed by the same firm that framed the walls around them — commissioned together, secured from day one, and supported by a single accountable team for the life of the home.

Step 01

Design the Nervous System

Every system is engineered into the drawings during pre-construction — pathways, loads, equipment, and access.

Step 02

Integrate During the Build

Pre-wire and rough-in move with the framing, not after it. No retrofits, no compromises, no exposed conduit.

Step 03

Commission & Secure

Programmed, network-hardened, and handed over operating flawlessly — with one number to call, forever.
